Rental Reservation, Deposit Policy & Refund Policy

Reservation Deposit: When making your reservation, a deposit of $400.00 to Saddle Mountain RV Resort is required. When you check in for your stay, the reservation deposit becomes your security deposit. The home is to be left as found. After we inspect the home for cleanliness and damage, your deposit will be refunded within 14 business days.

Cancellation Policy: If you should have to cancel your reservation and we cannot re-rent the home, your deposit will be forfeited. If we can re-rent the home, we will refund you $350.00. There is a $50.00 cancellation fee.

Occupancy Policy: All Park Model rentals are single or double occupancy.  NO PETS, NO SMOKING.

Home Inventory: After check-in, you have 48 hours to report any discrepancies to the home and the inventory contents according to the inventory sheet, to the park office.

Check-in Policy: When you arrive and check-in, your total rent balance for your stay is due to Saddle Mountain RV Resort.

Utilities: Utilities are included in our rentals with the exception of electric. Electric is the renters responsibility.
